Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
Users may cancel their Khelbook.AI subscription at any time by:
- Emailing a cancellation request to khelbookai@gmail.com with subject "Subscription Cancellation"
Cancellation requests must include:
- Registered email ID
- Razorpay transaction ID (for paid users)
1.2 Cancellation Timing
- Free Trial Users: Cancellation anytime during trial = no charges.
- Paid Subscribers:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Example: If you cancel on 15th June, access continues until 30th June.
1.3 Confirmation
Cancellation confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Terms
All payments are processed through Razorpay and are non-refundable unless:
- Required by Indian consumer protection laws, or
- Qualifies under Section 2.2 (Eligible Refunds).
2.2 Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only for:
- Technical Failures: If Khelbook.AI is unusable for >48 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate Charges: Verified unintentional multiple payments.
- Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent charges (must provide bank/police report).
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after subscription.
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal.
- Partial usage during billing cycle.
- Account suspension due to Terms violations.
2.4 How to Request a Refund
Submit within 7 days of charge via email to khelbookai@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]"
- Body: Razorpay Transaction ID + Screenshot of issue
Processing Time: 7-10 business days via original payment method (Razorpay).
3. Compliance
3.1 Payment Disputes
- Chargebacks without prior contact with our support team will result in immediate account termination.
- For disputes, email us first at khelbookai@gmail.com.
3.2 Refund Limitations
- Razorpay may deduct payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) from refunded amounts.
- Refunds cannot be processed to alternate payment methods.
3.3 Failed/Expired Transactions
- If payment fails but service was accessed, the user must clear dues to continue.
- Expired cards must be updated in Razorpay's dashboard.
